LGTM. Presumably atol and rtol haven't been updated to include the long versions yet. When they do, these docs will need updating.

The existing user docs do not provide enough detail on how the tolerance is calculated.
The updated user docs provide more detail, taken from the dev docs, and present how the evaluation function works in simpler terms.
